Any time you walk into our home, you will be greeted by our warm friendly staff. Our commitment to technology means that you can check in on our automated computer screen which alerts Dr. Virdee and her staff that you are in the office and ready for your appointment.
We always strive to keep your wait time short and sweet – but we also want your family members to have a relaxing time in our office. Family members of patients can enjoy coffee or tea and fresh juice in our waiting room.
The waiting room is equipped with the most up-to-date magazines and you are more than welcome to enjoy our iPads and Nintendo-Wii. Sometimes, you may even catch a patient’s mom or dad enjoying the Wii with their kids even after the appointment is finished!
Once you are seated in the clinic, you will be seen by Dr. Virdee and her amazing staff. All our instruments are sterilized with the highest industry standards and we use top of the line materials and equipment to give you a healthy, confident smile.
We know you have busy lives so we keep your adjustment appointments short and efficient while doing the most we can at each appointment to keep you on track with completing your treatment on time. We are also one of the only orthodontic practices to offer evening hours for patients who choose not to miss school or work.
Once your appointment is completed we always update parents and patients on their treatment progress and what to expect going forward. Our paperless office means that our state of the art computer system allows us to correspond with your dentist and send letters right on the spot. We are also able to schedule your next visit and send you important reminders via email or text.
