When Dr. Virdee is not in the office, you may find her enjoying Olympic weightlifting at the gym, running by the lake, spending time with her family, playing with her daughter, travelling or traversing a mountain summit!   Its no wonder that she always has a smile on her face because she loves what she does both in and out of the office.  There are only three words to describe how she does this – we bet you can guess what they are!

Dr. Inderpreet (Preet) Virdee’s journey starts half way around the work in Nairobi, Kenya, where she was born and raised – her first hometown.  Being a first hand witness to the conditions in which the poorest people in Kenya lived, as a young girl, Dr. Virdee grew a keen passion to help and serve others.  This is where her interest in the medical and dental fields first started and this is why she has dedicated her time to providing free dental care to people all over the world.

At the age of 8, her family made their way to London, Ontario – her new hometown.  As the new kid on the playground, she quickly learned the power of a simple smile – it’s the easiest and most universal way to communicate and connect with others.  It is from this early experience and her passion to help others that she decided to serve her community as an orthodontist – helping others achieve a smile that they can greet the world with!
